Accounts Manager
We are looking for an Accounts Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Accounts Manager’s role is to oversee portfolio of assigned accounts, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.
Job Description
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
- Activate, render, and maintain excellent and professional client relationships and services through day-to-day communication and related activities
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet client needs
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous account management experience in servicing clients and corporate accounts
- Ad agency work experience preferred but not required
- Articiulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Able to convert existing clients to new business
- Creative, Confident, Dyanmic and Dedicated
- Service Oriented and Result Oriented
- Can work extended hours with willingness and with ability to travel
- Has the abilitiy to train and manage a team
- Knowledge in business development is an advantage
- Hands on experience with HubSpot preferred but not required
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
