Accounts Manager

We are looking for an Accounts Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Accounts Manager’s role is to oversee portfolio of assigned accounts, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.

Job Description

  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
  • Activate, render, and maintain excellent and professional client relationships and services through day-to-day communication and related activities
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet client needs
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience in servicing clients and corporate accounts
  • Ad agency work experience preferred but not required
  • Articiulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Able to convert existing clients to new business
  • Creative, Confident, Dyanmic and Dedicated
  • Service Oriented and Result Oriented
  • Can work extended hours with willingness and with ability to travel
  • Has the abilitiy to train and manage a team
  • Knowledge in business development is an advantage
  • Hands on experience with HubSpot preferred but not required
  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
